Hampton Inn Marshall

The hampton inn has a great location right off the freeway. The staff was kind and accommodating. Breakfast was a highlight, with so many delicious options. We loved relaxing by the fireplace and christmas tree in the lobby.

Incredibly nice breakfasts, the stay was really comfortable!

Loved the clean room for our toddler's travel bed and the way it was setup. The staff was welcoming plus the location was marvellous and unbeatable. Plus it was in a downtown area.

We were warmly greeted when we arrived and check in was a breeze. The hotel was quiet and we had a enjoyable relaxing weekend

Maintained, which I appreciated after a long day of travel. I did find the breakfast options a bit limited. The staff was helpful though was good.

Bed was comfortable.

While sleeping a ice machine was making loud noises and that is all I heard that night. No sleep. They reimbursed us for the full amount of the stay. I really did not like the breakfast. Our toilet did not flush. We had to manually fill the tank up with water for the toilet to flush.

Dog across the hall kept barking for about 3 hours. Stopped for 10 min then barked for 10 to 15 minutes. Was very annoying. This went on for about 3 hours.

Comfortable room with ample space for families.

The check-in process was confusing and disorganized. I experienced issues with an employee who seemed indifferent. I was surprised by unexpected fees that were not clearly communicated beforehand.

Had construction going on which was ok. 2 things I didn't like were waiting on 1 elevator and the AC was loud. Every time it clicked on and off it woke me up.

The hotel's decor was charming, and the lobby was inviting with its cozy fireplace, perfect for relaxation. Accessible features made it easy for seniors to navigate without any hassle.

More seating in common areas for comfort.

Staff were very friendly, the beds were great, rooms very clean. Your staff is the best thing at the hotel

Pool was small. You could here every little noise. Someone cough, kids talking all hours, toilet flush. Called the night before and left requests in my notes. Tried to honor them. Not sure why the money was taking out of my account on Thursday, put back in, then taken out 5 days after our stay. That's ridiculous. I signed up for rooms that you had to pay on Thursday for them.

convenient base for exploring landmarks and parks

I loved how easy it was to stroll to nearby attractions like the Governor's Mansion Museum and the American Museum of Magic, both just a short walk away. The delicious breakfast provided each morning set us up for a day of exploring this charming city.

Breakfast was to be expected. Beds were fine.

Every noise is the hallway could be heard overnight. We were very close to the main lobby. Also, there was a very bright light outside shining on the building that shown directly into our room. Even with the blackout shades drawn, there was still a very bright glow arose me the edges of the window.
